What can I do if there is something wrong with my order?

If there is something wrong with your order, for example, the wrong item was shipped, or its faulty, then please contact us immediately by phone or email. You will then be given an Authorisation Number. You need to download our returns form on our Returns page, fill in the information about the item, and write your Authorisation number at the bottom. You then need to return it to us by a safe means. This includes Royal Mail Signed For/Recorded shipments or Courier. These are at the cost to yourself. If however you were sent something incorrectly, then we will reimburse you for the cost. You can also request for our courier to collect for you.
